President MyongHo Rhee of the Busan Finance Center visited the Busan Institute of Science and Technology Promotion (BISTEP) on May 23, 2025, and held a meeting with BISTEP President Young-Boo Kim, along with Planning Director Jun-Won Chae and other key staff.

During the meeting, the two organizations discussed strategies for developing Busan as a financial hub and explored areas for mutual cooperation.
