WAIFC Cooperation Program
The World Alliance of International Financial Centers (WAIFC) was established in 2018 by six founding cities, including Busan, to enhance global collaboration among leading financial centers. Currently comprising 20 member cities, WAIFC engages in joint research, shares best practices, and promotes dialogue with the public on key financial issues. As a founding member, the Busan Finance Center has played an active role in WAIFC initiatives. In recognition of its growing significance, Busan has been selected to host the WAIFC Annual General Meeting in 2026, further solidifying its position within the global financial community.
