  - President MyongHo Rhee of the Busan Finance Center met with Seung-Hyun Cho, former Head of the Korea Development Bank (KDB) Hong Kong Branch, on May 14, 2025.

  - During the meeting, President Rhee listened to Mr. Cho’s insights on the development strategies of the Dublin and London financial markets, based on his experience at KDB’s Ireland and London offices. Special interest was shown in Ireland’s emergence as the world leader in the aircraft leasing industry, with both sides exchanging views on the policy efforts that drove its global success.
