On May 14, 2026, Busan Finance Center (BFC) hosted an Investor Relations (IR) session for a Shenzhen delegation, including representatives from the Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone.

The session was held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Shenzhen delegation included Deputy Director Wen Ping of the Qianhai Authority and 11 representatives from institutions including the Qianhai Authority, Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, Qianhai Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce, Consulate General of China in Busan, and Busan Chinese Association.

During the session, BFC introduced Busan’s industrial, infrastructure, and financial environment, as well as the current development status of the Busan Financial Hub. The Qianhai side presented the Qianhai cooperation zone and its institutional framework, followed by a Q&A session and discussions on potential areas of institutional cooperation.
