From January 25 to 28, 2026, Busan Finance Center (BFC) visited Hong Kong to attend the Asian Financial Forum(AFF) and hold meetings with major financial authorities and institutions.

The BFC delegation included President Myongho Rhee and Team Leader Chaehee Joo. During the visit, the delegation met with Hong Kong’s Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau (FSTB), the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) to learn about Hong Kong’s financial policies and exchange views on financial center development.

BFC also met with VIFC Da Nang to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation between financial centers. In addition, the delegation attended the Asian Financial Forum to review global financial trends and exchange information with financial professionals from around the world.
