The Busan Finance Center and Z/Yen co-hosted an Investor Relations (IR) and networking event for the Z/Yen Group FS Club at the historic Bakers’ Hall in the City of London, where it presented Busan’s vision to emerge as a global maritime financial hub.

During the event, Dr.Soongoo Ahn, Director of Financial Research Division II at BFC, shared Busan’s maritime finance strategy and its roadmap toward becoming a global financial hub.
Mr. Sunghoon Yoon, Deputy General Manager at the Korea Housing Finance Corporation (KHFC), introduced Korea’s capabilities and internationalization strategy in the covered bond market, while Mr. Hyunwoo Yoo, Senior Officer at the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS), outlined policies aimed at strengthening Korea–UK financial cooperation and global competitiveness.
