At the Mac-Net meeting, Mr. Donghae Lee, Head of the Marine Finance Center at Busan Finance Center, proposed the establishment of a shipbuilding mutual aid association as a strategy to expand refund guarantee (RG) financing for medium- and small-sized shipbuilders.
