On August 18, 2025, President Myoungho Rhee of the Busan Finance Center welcomed a delegation from the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), led by Director General H.E. Sou Socheat, Deputy Director General Vin Pheakdey, and Director Khun Kimleang, along with Hyunjoo Lee, Chairwoman of the Mekong Digital Asset Exchange, and CEO Changhoon Lee and Jihoon Lee from BDAN, Kwanghae Won, Director from Busan Techno Park. During the visit to the Busan International Finance Center, the they exchanged views on the development of Busan as an international financial hub and explored opportunities for bilateral cooperation in digital finance.
